MEET THE PRESENTER
Kristal Frazier is the development associate for the Center for Grants Development. Kristal Frazier is an expert in fundraising and prospect research. As the development associate for the Center for Grants Development, Kristal evaluates numerous funding opportunities every month, assessing their competitiveness, compatibility, and capacity.
Kristal is a longstanding Grant Professionals Association and Nonprofit Technology Network member. Kristal is a respected grant reviewer for federal agencies, including the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities, and the United Way of Greater Houston. Kristal is a published author and award-winning keynote speaker. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology, specializing in grant writing, program evaluation, and community development, from Fort Hays State University.
