TRAVEL

LOCATION - Le Méridien New Orleans (a 25min drive to/from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport)

FLIGHTS - Fly into the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)

ARRIVE no later than 1:00 pm Thursday, February 20th in time for the General Session that starts at 3:30 pm in the

Esplanade 1 & 2. (If you have been advised to come in for the NSM Planning Meeting at 8:00am on Thursday, please arrive on Wednesday, February 19th.)

DEPART any time on Sunday, February 23rd.

Note: Attending the awards night is mandatory for the entire field team. (No departures are permitted on Saturday night without approval)

DRESS CODE

• Meeting Days: Smart casual (Do’s: Work-appropriate pants, shirts, skirts, & dresses. Don’ts: Sweats, distressed jeans, yoga pants, or running shoes.)
• Friday Group Activity: Casual dress with comfortable shoes—you’ll want to be ready for fun!
• Saturday Awards Night: “Shine Bright in the Big Easy” at our unforgettable Masquerade Ball! Dress to impress in bold Purple, Green, and Gold—the iconic colors of New Orleans. Unleash your creativity with dazzling masks, elegant attire, and show-stopping flair as we celebrate the night in true Big Easy style. Get ready for an evening of glitz, glamour, and mystery that will leave you saying, laissez les bons temps rouler! 

FUNDRAISER ACTIVITY

Let's make a difference at NSM! 

On Saturday at 7:00 am (before the 9:00 am session start), we will host an optional 5K Fun Run/Walk for the Epilepsy Foundation. Our goal is to have each NSM attendee donate at least $10 to the cause! To top it off, NeuroPace will match your donation 1:1! If you’re not a runner, walking is completely acceptable. If you’re neither, your donations are still welcome!
