Waypoint strives to be Idaho’s comprehensive professional development opportunity for educators who work in the college and career readiness sphere. Waypoint is designed to provide a one-stop destination for updates and information on college and career related programming in Idaho.


Waypoint will draw participants from across Idaho and neighboring communities. Attendees will include middle and secondary school counselors, college and career advisors, career instructors, teachers, and administrators, as well as those in advising, dual credit, admissions, and transition support services from college/university settings. 


Waypoint will focus on providing professional development on a variety of topics related to supporting students in the decision-making and preparation process as they navigate life after high school. Attendees at this conference will benefit by learning about various topics, including:
