We invite you and your team to join us in Indianapolis, IN for the opportunity to develop your lean knowledge and practice. We will have a Catalysis Healthcare Value Network sponsored gemba visit along with a day of public workshops. Please note that the gemba visit listed on the schedule below is only open to Catalysis Healthcare Value Network (CHVN) Member organizations and their employees. Schedule of Events

Monday - September 10 (available for CHVN members only)

Gemba visit to IU Health: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (no cost for CHVN Members)

Theme: Theme will center around IU Health's Mission Control for Lean Operations and Power Business Intelligence and Analytics work.

Tuesday - September 11 (available for CHVN members only)

Gemba Visit to Community Health Network: 7:45 am - 4:00 pm (no cost for CHVN Members)

Theme: Community Health Network's focus on rebuilding and revitalizing their East side community, population health management and integrated facility design.

Pilot Workshop - Making Data Flow (1-day $345)

Fees Include: Participation in the 1-day workshop, materials, and lunch

Substitution and Cancellation Policy for Public Workshops

Attendee substitutions may be made without penalty at any time. Full refunds for the workshop fees will be issued if written notice of cancellation is received on or before August 12, 2018. If cancellation is received after this date, a refund will be issued minus a $200 fee per person for each cancelled workshop. If a registered attendee does not provide written cancellation prior to the program date and does not attend, no refund will be issued.
