Share your continual improvement knowledge, skills, and abilities at the Creating High-Performing Organizations: Continual Improvement* Community of Practitioners Conference October 9-11, 2018.


Working sessions are planned around the 6 elements to creating a high performing organization. We are seeking working session content that uses the Tell/Show/Do/Feedback approach so that includes some telling/teaching AND hands-on exercises or practice. The button on the top left or right will lead to the session submission.  


Session topics to include - Successes, failures, projects, activities, a method, or a technique to create immediate benefits and continue creating a high performing culture:

People - Where all are empowered, energized, and focused with knowledge, skills, and abilities to create win-win change.

Leaders - Organization leaders acting to the good of all stakeholders by modeling behaviors and establishing the environment.

Focus -  Identifying and prioritizing strategies with interlocking goals with defined targets, and milestones including established roles, responsibilities, procedures, relationships, and measures of performance for all.

Learning - Learning and sharing from outside, inside, success and failure; learning from your journey to high performance.

Implementation - Routinely managing and accomplishing or exceeding measurable goals, celebrating, and continually improving upon results.

Methods - Using reliable, data and information based approaches to efficiently and effectively help solve problems and create results.
