A Concrete Construction Special Inspector is a person qualified to inspect and record the results of concrete construction inspection based on codes and job specifications. The program covers inspection during preplacement, placement, and post-placement operations. A Concrete Transportation Construction Inspector is a person who has demonstrated proficiency in concrete inspection methods for transportation projects, including preplacement, placement, and post-placement operations. Please see the CTCI Work Experience Form for submission instructions and to complete and submit your form as needed. [A Concrete Transportation Construction Inspector-in-Training is a person who has demonstrated knowledge in concrete inspection methods for transportation projects, but does not have the experience required to qualify as an ACI Concrete Transportation Construction Inspector.]

Materials for these exams are quite extensive and are therefore more expensive than our standard workbooks. If purchased at the time of registration, materials are discounted $100. If purchased separately from registration, these materials are priced at $375. If you do not purchase them with your registration and need to add them after the fact, you can do so from our website.

ACI Policy states: "Candidates choosing to use resource materials must possess either official/original ACI-printed materials, or printed permission from the copyright holder accompanying their printed/photocopied materials."

As a Local Sponsoring Group for ACI certifications, CRMCA is required to enforce ACI Policy, therefore any unauthorized/copied/non-original materials will be immediately confiscated by the Examiner of Record if brought to an exam or training session. Please ensure only official/original materials are being utilized to avoid any disruption to your training and testing process.
