This virtual workshop will focus on enhancing supervisory staff’s skills in supporting staff, as well as improving overall disability inclusion and behavior support practices in the school age program. Supervisors will explore the Individual Practice Development (IPD) theory to determine staff’s current level of understanding and skill regarding inclusion practices and will use the KIT Coaching Pyramid to help staff to develop a plan of action and inclusion supports for the school age youth in their care.
