The Acumatica User Group Summit 2022 SE, presented by SWK Technologies and sponsored by our Acumatica ISV Partners, is the premier user group gathering providing a mix of education and community interaction. The three (3) day event held at The Westin Buckhead in Atlanta, GA, will kick off with an Educational Conference, including presentations by Acumatica ERP Experts and Customers. The session will focus on how to improve your utilization of Acumatica Cloud ERP. In conjunction with the Conference, will be a Vendor Expo followed by two (2) days of optional training (see Agenda for details). Food and beverages are included with the Conference and Expo pass.


Welcome Reception *Updated*

We have expanded the event with the addition of a Sunday evening Welcome Reception. The reception is free to all Conference & Expo pass holders and is a great way to kick off the summit.


Product Insight and Awareness Training

Gain insights into the next Acumatica product release and roadmap. Learn how to leverage the available Acumatica resources to increase your self-sufficiency. Learn effective technics to increase Acumatica usability and automate your business during three Awareness Training sessions.


Live Stream Discussion Forum

Throughout the conference, Acumatica is providing a Live Stream Discussion forum for real-time interaction. The forum questions and responses will come from the Acumatica Community.


Customer Panel

A Customer Panel representing various product editions and industries will share their experiences and answer questions from the audience.


Vendor Expo and Reception

The Vendor Expo will run in conjunction with the conference to give attendees access to the top integrated solutions to extend the Acumatica experience. The Expo Reception is your opportunity to enjoy beer, wine, appetizers, and dinner as you mingle amongst the Acumatica community.


Acumatica Training (BYOD)

Following the conference and expo will be two (2) days of Acumatica Training with a mix of full day and half day training options. To keep costs to a minimum, users are asked to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Each course requires a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 students. All courses are subject to change and new courses may be added. Registration for the Conference and Expo is required to attend training. All training is reserved for Customers only.


Conference Registration Requirements:

  • Use your Business Email Address to register. All registration emails will be validated by Acumatica as community members. Use of free email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) will results in a cancellation of your registration.
  • Select the appropriate Registration Option (Customer vs. Partner).
  • Prospects that wish to attend must have an Acumatica Partner Sponsor. Your sponsor partner email address must be provided during registration.


Hotel Reservations

We have secured a discounted rate for AUG Summit 2022 SE attendees at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta hotel. Please use the link provided to book and manage your reservation. The discount offer expires on August 26, 2022, or when all rooms in the block are sold. Room bookings after this date should be made directly with the hotel at the standard rate.
