About This Course

This course is designed to provide you with an overview of the LaborPro system and teach the system functions needed to build Engineered Labor Standards and profile your organization.

The course begins with an overview of the Engineered Labor Standards life cycle and introduces you to the key components required to build labor standards. Next, you will receive an appreciation of the MOST® work measurement technique and how it is used in the standards building process. Finally, you will gain an understanding of the LaborPro system and the benefits that it provides.

The learner will have an opportunity to explore LaborPro through a guided demonstration of all system functionality. In addition, you will participate in an interactive simulation that provides you with a hands-on learning experience using the LaborPro system. 

By the end of this course, you will have the experience necessary to begin using the LaborPro system in your work environment.
