The NARA Spring Conference will be held May 10 - 13, 2022 in Washington DC at the Washington Marriott Georgetown located at 1221 22nd Street NW. Attendees will have the option to add the Spring Pre-Conference (May 10th 1/2 day) to their registration.


Spring Pre-Conference - May 10, 2022

Recruit, Revitalize and Retain Your Work Force


This event will be a 5 hour session examining the current state of the work force in healthcare. Our keynote speaker for the Spring Conference, Lisa Walden, will examine the burnout healthcare workers are feeling and and address how we can begin to feel the motivation and passion we once felt. We know the burnout is felt across all staff - from our front line therapists to middle management to upper management. What we are experiencing right now is a one in a century occurrence. Oh sure, we have experienced that overwhelming feeling from staffing shortages or new regulations that change our practice but most of these have been short term not 2+ years long. Ms. Walden will provide attendees with tools to prioritize your workload and maximize efficiency; tactics to eliminate distractions; and ideas to reignite your energy and help you stay motivated.
