ADPI has made the tough but prudent decision to pivot this hybrid event to "virtual" only. Given the ongoing and recent uptick in negative pandemic impacts, industry organizations restricting travel of employees and the uncertainty of additional constraints within the short-term horizon, ADPI will offer it's unique "Dairy Technology Week" conference as a "virtual attendance only" event.
We will start the week on Monday, October 25th with the ADPI Dairy Ingredients Technology Symposium. The 2021 theme will focus around the topic of "Dairy Ingredients – Playing a Role in Global Recovery."
This two-day symposium is designed for both industry and academic researchers, marketers, product developers, and manufacturers. The latest technological developments, tailored dairy ingredients, dairy industry trends, market opportunities, and new opportunities for dairy businesses will be featured at this event.
On Wednesday, October 27th, we will kick off the Global Cheese Technology Forum. This biennial event brings together all aspects of the industry to focus on cheese and whey products.
This three-day event is a gathering of cheese industry leaders, including production, R&D, sales/marketing, quality assurance, management and suppliers and is designed to provide the latest technical information relevant to the cheese industry and provide knowledge, education and networking.
