The Confederated Salish, Qlispe & Ksanka (Kootenai) Tribes (CSKT) welcomes you to the Intertribal Timber Council’s 48th Annual National Indian Timber Symposium being held at the University of Montana in Missoula, MT. Aligning with this year’s theme “Managing Tribal and Multi-Agency Interest & Empowering Tomorrow’s Stewards” we will be focusing on collaborating with other agencies, workforce development, and educating our youth to become our future leaders. The workshops and presentations will highlight these opportunities and challenges faced by tribes across the nation. Please join us on Wednesday for the tribal tour day where we will showcase some of the outstanding and exciting work that our CSKT staff is involved in, and you will be able to admire our beautiful, exquisite lands. 


Please note that there are no Pre-Symposium Workshops. Symposium officially BEGINS on Monday, June 2, at 4:00 pm, all attendees check in at the ITC registration desk located at the University of Montana: University Center 3rd Floor and pick up name tags and registration materials from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Then head to the Host Icebreaker at the Washington Grizzly Stadium Club from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Lodging Information:

  • Special rates are available until May 1-2, 2025, or until the room blocks are filled.
  • Download room block details and lodging per diem waiver from the "Documents" menu.
  • The reduced group rate is for Symposium attendees only. ITC reserves the right to review the hotel rooming list and remove reservations that do not have a corresponding conference registration.

  • Fee includes a registration packet, Tuesday General Session, Luncheon, and Host Tribe Welcome Dinner, Wednesday Tribal Tour and lunch, Thursday General Session/Workshops and Lunch, Thursday Awards Banquet, and Final Proceedings

Pricing Tiers (Early Bird up to March 30 / Regular March 31-April 30 / Late May 1-23):

  • General or Associate Members - $275 / $375 / $475 (dues must be paid to receive discounted fee)
  • Government Employees - $300 / $400 / $500 (tribes should register as General Member or All Others)
  • All Others - $325 / $425 / $525 (select for non-members)
  • College Students - $100 / $150 / $200
  • Exhibit Booth Space - $750 / $850 / $950 (2 registrations)
  • One-day rates for Tuesday or Thursday (contact the ITC Office)
  • Company Registration Packet Inserts - $500
  • Purchase guest meal tickets online until May 23 (no onsite sales)
  • Guest Tuesday Luncheon Ticket $30 (18+ event)
  • Guest Awards Banquet Ticket $70

Refund Policies:

  • ITC uses symposium fees to cover symposium-operating cost.
  • All refund requests must be emailed to monica@itcnet.org.
  • Refund requests received after May 9, 2025, will be charged a $100 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after May 16, 2025.
