Early Bird Registration is open August 1st - August 30th, with a discounted price. Those who register early will be prompted to return to the Registration Page on September 4th to sign up for sessions and workshops.

Starting on September 4th, use the tabs on this page for all Annual Meeting information, including all workshop handouts, the conference Agenda, and modifying your workshop itinerary.

The workshop handouts will be available for download on the "Handouts and Information" tab. The workshop handouts will also be available for download from the "Agenda" tab. Click the "On Demand Resources" button for the workshop selected.

Join us in Atlanta, GA for the 2024 COE Annual Meeting on November 12-14, 2024.

The Annual Meeting will be held at The Westin Peachtree, 210 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303.

Only institutions already accredited or in candidate status (and have completed the Candidate Academy) should attend the COE Annual Meeting.

The COE Annual Meeting will offer workshops required for institutions with an upcoming initial or reaffirmation accreditation visit. Training to serve on accreditation visiting teams as a member or leader will be offered, along with other workshops on maintaining accreditation with COE. There will also be special recognition/awards, and a Business Meeting.

The Annual Meeting registration deadline is Friday, October 11, 2024. The registration fee must be paid with debit or credit card only. The cost per registrant is $785, with an early registration option of $695 if registered by August 30th.

There will be no on-site registration. Note: registration may close early if capacity is reached.

Hotel information can be found on the Accommodations tab. Annual Meeting attendees will have a special rate of $236 per night. The hotel reservation deadline is Friday, October 11, 2024.

Requests for refunds must be emailed to Sonia Schropfer (sonia.schropfer@council.org) by Friday, October 11, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 11, 2024.
