Space Systems Command invites you to a

Tactically Responsive Space (TacRS) Government-Industry Exchange

This event features opportunities for industry representatives to explain how their technologies can support the Government’s drive to accelerate the tactical responsiveness of space systems development and launch, hear perspectives on the policies and future capabilities that will drive Government TacRS efforts, and share risks and opportunities from industry’s perspective. There are also a limited number of opportunities for industry to participate in discussions directly with Government space procurement leaders.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO TWO REPRESENTATIVES PER COMPANY

Location: The Exchange event is being hosted by SSC’s Space Safari team with assistance from the National Security Space Association and will be held at the Aerospace Campus in El Segundo, California from 24-25 August 2022. The facility address is 2310 E. El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245. The main event will be held in the Building A-1 Titan Conference Room with unclassified one-on-ones held in side rooms. Classified one-on-ones will be held in Building A-8. Capacity may be further limited by Aerospace COVID requirements. Please note Aerospace Visitor Control currently requires proof of vaccination or a negative PCR/antigen test within 3 days of each visit. Additional details will be provided after attendance approval.

Security: This event will be held at the Unclassified level. One-on-one meetings will be held at classified levels upon request of the industry members. Please annotate requests for a one-on-one in your registration request and send a separate direct request addressed to Capt Nathan Weiss at SSCFrontDoor@spaceforce.mil, including the names of company participants, a lead contact for follow up, and your requested level of discussion (e.g., unclassified, collateral, TS//SCI, SAP). To participate in classified one-on-one meetings, you must pass clearances to both Aerospace and SSC/SZ security. Details will be sent along with the welcome package. The cutoff date for accepting clearances is 12 Aug. No clearances will be accepted after this date. Please also note SAP-level discussions will require an email via CORE, SIC, or SGN to SSC/SZ security POC, Steve Taylor, with details of which levels you request for discussion and additional clearances must be passed via JADE to support those levels.

Registration Fee: Please note there will be a $40 registration fee for all attendees to cover light refreshments each day and lunch on the first day.
