Please join us for the 2022 AMCA Idea Exchange (formerly Spring Meetings)and the AMCA North America Region (formerly Mid Year meeting)meetings at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Walt Disney World Resort® in Orlando, Florida—March 2-4, 2022!

The 2022 AMCA Idea Exchange will take place on March 2 and 3, 2022. With speakers and roundtables designed by (and for) sales and marketing, human-resources, and manufacturing professionals from AMCA member companies, we will network: discuss common issues, and learn approaches for how to resolve them.

This meeting is ideal for AMCA professionals of all ages and experience, providing excellent professionally delivered content, as well as serving as an outstanding introduction to AMCA. Featuring nationally recognized speakers and authors, you will learn new management techniques, leadership practices, and more as part of AMCA’s 2022 Idea Exchange.

The AMCA North America Region meeting will take place March 3-4, combining with Idea Exchange as one group for two back-to-back keynote addresses from the world-renowned Disney Institute. These sessions, held the morning of March 3rd, will highlight the unique 

(and effective) ways the Walt Disney companies approach leadership and employee engagement. Learn the magic behind the magic right from the source.

Additional content for the NA Region meeting will feature topical presentations from staff and professional speakers, as well as meetings for key AMCA committees including, AMCARC, ACCARC, Marketing, and Education. Take advantage of the opportunity for you and your colleagues to get involved in determining the direction of the association—now and in the future—by participating in these meetings.

This website serves as your registration information source for both meetings. We invite you to attend one or both meetings. You do not want to miss them!

Be sure to select the appropriate attendee profile that indicates if your are attending the Idea Exchange, North America Region Meeting or both meetings. Guests are invited to register and attend the Disney Institute Speaker presentations and reception associated with the meeting you are attending, for a nominal fee.

AMCA has a very limited amount of rooms left in our room block at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Rooms are available to be booked on our Disney microsite, https://mydisneygroup.com/amcaiem22 or by calling Disney Group Reservations at 407-939-4686. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis so book now!

The microsite includes all the information you may need for Coronado Springs Resort as well as information on all that Disney has to offer you as an attendee. Please note that the microsite only allows you to book a reservation from our room block. If you are interested in another Disney property, you will need to book directly with that hotel or online.
