The AGIC Education & Training Symposium offers four days of educational training from experienced industry practitioners including hands-on training workshops, presentations, lightning talks, and poster displays. Standard Registration:

• Full, 4-day conference (Tuesday - Friday) $475 | Early Bird $430
• 3-day conference (Tuesday-Thursday) $365 | Early Bird $335
• 1-day only $250 | Early Bird $220
• 1-day only (Friday) $100

Student Registration (must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or graduated within 6 months of the Symposium):

• 4-day conference (Tuesday - Friday) $175
• 3-day Conference (Tuesday-Thursday) $150
• 1-day $60

Retired Registration (must be currently retired and NOT employed within the geospatial industry in any capacity):

• 4-day conference (Tuesday - Friday) $175
• 3-day Conference (Tuesday-Thursday) $150
• 1-day $60

The following meals are included with conference registration:

• Tuesday, August 27: Continental Breakfast, Plated Lunch, and light hors d'oeuvres served at the Map Gallery Opening
• Wednesday, August 28: Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet
• Thursday, August 29: Breakfast Buffet, Plated Lunch, and Dinner Buffet
• Friday, August 30: Breakfast Buffet and Box Lunch

Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for the event and find you are no longer able to attend, refunds or credits will be issued as follows:

• 100% if canceled by August 9, 2024
• 80% if canceled by August 16, 2024
• 50% if canceled by August 23, 2024
• No refunds after August 26, 2024

To cancel a registration (for any reason) a cancellation request must be submitted by email to agicsymposium@azland.gov.

If you did not yet pay and you cancel after August 9, 2024, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance after any cancellation credits are made.
