The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Office of Nursing Programs (ONP) will host the ONP Summit: Bridging the Gap. The summit will focus on information sharing and creative strategies to bridge gaps between education, practice, and policy, recognizing that alignment among these areas is essential for advancing nursing. Representatives from health care organizations across Michigan will come together to address critical issues impacting the profession, with ample opportunity for participants to explore topic areas at roundtable discussions. The summit aims to create connections and reinforce the importance of integrating theory, evidence, and real-world application to strengthen the nursing workforce and healthcare delivery statewide.
